Terms & Conditions

  1. The booking request form entitles the customer for hotel accommodation for 2 adults & 2 children below the age of 8 years on twin sharing basis.
  2. Meals credit would be as follows:
      a. International : Complementary Breakfast
      b. Beach : Worth Rs.3000/-
      c. Hill Station : Worth Rs.3000/-
      d. Pilgrim : Worth Rs.1000/-
      e. Desert : No Food
      f. National Park : No Food

      to be consumed at the hotel while availing the stay according to the menu card rates.
  3. All expenses other than mentioned above including but not restricted to following will be borne by the end user: Travel, Transportation & Conveyance, additional food, Incidentals, Applicable Taxes, Additional Accommodation and other facilities offered by the hotels that may be availed by the customer during their stay.
  4. To redeem this offer, you must send the mentioned documents through mail, courier or registered post to- Redemption Cell - D-6, Jai city colony, Near Gulab Nagar Chowk, Jagadhri - 135003, Distt. Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

    • Photocopy of your photo identity proof e.g. photocopy of Driving License/ PAN Card/ Voter Card etc.
    • Photocopy of Invoice received at the time of purchase or payment receipt.
  5. Request to avail holiday must reach us on or before 31st August 2015 and hotel stay must be availed on or before 30th September 2015.
  6. Send the documents by courier/ speed post so as to reach redemption cell minimum 25 days prior to 1st check in date. An incomplete "Registration Form" received without required supporting documents shall be liable to rejection. Request to reservations in exclusion period as mentioned below will not be entertained.
      International : 1st December to 15th Feb
      Beach : 15th November to 31st January
      Hill Station North India : 25th April to 7th July and 29th December to 5th January
      Hill Station Rest of India : 10th April to 16th June, 10th October to 10th November and 20th December to 5th January
      Pilgrim : 23rd April to 7th July and 20th December to 5th January
      Desert : 15th November to 20th January
      National Park : 15th April to 15th May and 1st December to 15th January
      Also right to avail the hotel booking will be restricted for 2 days prior & 2 days afterwards of National holidays and festivals. For Ex. Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, 2nd October, 26th January, 15th August etc. Check in on all Saturdays not allowed for Shirdi.
  7. The "Holiday Package" cannot be sold, redeemed for cash or transferred. There is no cash alternative for this offer. All reservations are strictly subject to promotional availability
  8. Each Claim/ Booking request shall be treated and processed as individual request and the same cannot be clubbed together in any manner.
  9. Ouryatra reserves the right to refuse to redeem the booking request if submitted by person(s) other than the customer of Ouryatra or its Agents.
  10. No cancellation or amendment is possible after confirmation of booking. In the event of customer not availing the confirmed accommodation, no postponement or alternate reservation shall be offered. The use of confirmation letter is subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel(s). The use of confirmation letter by the customer shall be deemed as an acceptance to the rules and regulations of the hotel(s).
  11. Ouryatra reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including but not limited to the eligibility criteria or hotel list and destinations at its sole discretion anytime during its validity as may be required and the same shall be binding on the customer/ end user.
  12. Any disputes, controversies or conflicts arising out of this offer shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by "Ouryatra.net" and the "End User". The place of arbitration shall be Jagadhri and language used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The courts at Jagadhri shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to this offer.
  13. The provision of the holiday package is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
